Installing Synapse 2.0 in a mac Catalina | Razer Insider

Hello everyone, bought the Deathstalker essencial keyboard for a mac running mac os catalina. Whem installing the Synapse 2.0 im stuck in this screen attached.



2. Allow System software from Razer USA Ltd.



Cannot get a check for this second approval. Already tried everything In the privacy and security area.

Hey everyone! Apologies for the inconvenience. However, the Razer Synapse 2.0 will be available up to Mac OS 10.14 only. New products will be supported exclusively on Synapse 3 for Windows. Feel free to message me should you need additional assistance.

So I just bought a Razer Set for my kid to play on an iMac. MacOS 10.15....

Now, if I am reading your message correctly.... this will NEVER be supported????

Sorry for the inconvenience. However, this is part of the software's limitations at the moment. Please keep in mind that Razer is aiming to make our software (Razer Synapse 3.0) reach its final state. I would suggest contacting your reseller for other options.

Sorry for the inconveniences?

I just spent over €180 just for you to tell me I should contact my reseller? How is this HIS responsibility all of a sudden? I would suggest you to fix this problem and make synapse 2 "catalina-compatible" or provide me with a synapse 3 for MacOS.

So all the razer gear that i've just bought - and the mac os software I've just downloaded... doesn't work and never will? How is that sensible?
