Intel Graphics Dead. Code 43

My 2021 Razer Blade 15 Advanced’s integrated screen suddenly went black. The laptop was sitting on my desk at the office attached to external monitors. I realized the integrated screen was off at some point. I thought it was odd, but probably just needed a restart. The restart didn’t help. I checked device manager and it says the Intel gpu failed to start, code 43. I shut the laptop down and performed a cmos reset which didn’t help the situation. I shut the laptop down again and reseated every ribbon cable attached to the motherboard. I still have a black screen. The indicator led on the front of the laptop is pulsating green which IIRC means the laptop is in sleep mode which is strange because it can still output from HDMI or Thunderbolt. I then thought, maybe the lid sensor was bad. I opened the laptop again and tested the magnetic lid sensor which I found to be on the LED indicator PCB. It seems to be fine. I am unable to get into the bios settings because I have a blank screen until Windows loads the Nvidia driver and outputs from the hdmi port. Am I missing something here or is this laptop dead?
