Intel(R) Wi-fi 6 AX201 160MHz driver problems

I log into my Razer Blade 15 2020 standard yesterday and this intel wifi adapter has a ''device cannot start. (Code 10)'' error on it. I casually uninstalled/reinstalled the driver, hoping that this universal trick would fix it. It took the error off of it for a few seconds, but as the device manager refreshed itself a few times, the error came back. The latest updates on it have already been done as well. I have been searching the internet frantically to find some help, since I can't just use an ethernet cable to do assignments in college. I tried updating to the newer Windows 10 version 2004, but that resulted in a slow and unfixed wifi adapter. I hope it isn't an internal issue with the actual hardware, but I have tried what seems like everything with no results.
note: there is also an ''Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) error now too. maybe that has something to do with it? (I already tried reinstalling that as well with no luck).
