Inter-Device Not Working at all

so for gaming i use Inter-Device for a dpi clutch and it worked really well for awhile. One day after logging onto my computer it just stopped working... no matter how many reinstalls, driver uninstalls, C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Razer folder cleans and Hard resets on my mouse and keyboards i cannot get it to work again. iv used bought different razer mice and keyboards and nothing that didn't work neither. Literally everything else works on it except Inter-Device... no matter how many times i hit "save" on the dpi clutch it just acts like "CTRL" or what ever previous remapping iv had on it... If anyone has any suggestions id love to hear it.
