I bought some Razer kraken x lite and when I try to put the activation code for the 7.1 sound software it returns it to me as invalid. I am attaching a screenshot with the code blured. Ps: sorry for my inglish. Im from Argentina.

    Please send me the serial number of the headset, a photo of the scratch card, and proof of purchase. Upload the files on GDrive and send me a shareable link. I'll take it from there. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
