I purchased a gold Razer card. The code on back of card was invalid. I put a large amount of money on the card. Is there any way I could get credit and purchase a new card?  Error code67914978480719

    I purchased a gold Razer card. I was told it was invalid.?I put a large amount of money on it. Is there a way that I could get another card  and transfer the money on that new one?
