I've bought a Blackshark X v2, I'm trying to register it to unlock 7.1 surround which is already an absolute joke to gatekeep an entire function of your product behind registration, but now the site thinks my product number is invalid, I have typed it in repeatedly, without dashes and with, no matter what I do it won't accept the code, which is definitely correct because I've used Razer's website to give me the right code and its exactly the same as the one on the box, I am not mistyping it, I don't understand why it needs to be this difficult.
What the hell am I supposed to do?
