I am trying to register my new Kraken Kitty Headset to razor synapse. Following the instruction booklet I entered the serial number and product number printed on the headset under the ear cushion.
The product number is 8 digits starting with the RZ. I have tried making sure the "0" isn't an 'o' and nothing is working and I am not sure what to do.
