I require a invoice for my recent purchase made as a guest. I’ve also now created a Razer account and would like my guest purchase added to my account history.

Please can someone from Support help me with this issue.

Hi support. I have the same problem and I know I am stupid. Sorry for that.


  • I have placed an order without having an account.
  • Created an account on the same email address within 2 hours.
  • Got the shipping confirmation mail with the invoice link.
  • The Invoice download link in my order does not work. And I do need the invoice to get reïmbursed by my employer. 
  • Order does not show up in my account. (Which I created after placing the order, but with the same email address)


I need help with the following:

  • How to link this order to my account and have access to the invoice?
