Is it possible to buy a new replacement cable for my Razer Wolverine Ultimate without buying a whole new controller?

The wired cable that goes from the xbox to the controller keeps disconnecting frequently, and I know it is pretty much broken from use. I no longer have a warrenty but am wondering if there is a place to individually buy a replacement cable instead of getting a whole new controller (which I dont plan on buying)? Thanks.
