I recently got the Razer Kraken Kitty V2 Bluetooth Headset, and everything was working fine until I decided to download Razer Synapse. I just wanted to check its battery level.
Now, my headset defaults to Spectrum lighting, even if I change it to Static (white) in Synapse. Even once I change it, turning the headset off and on again just puts it right back to spectrum. Also, synapse doesn’t even recognize my headset 90% of the time! It’s so frustrating -- I can’t keep changing my settings every time I want to use my headset, I just want the colours to be white!
Is there any way to fix this? :( I’ve uninstalled synapse, deleted all files, disconnected and reconnected my headset -- nothing works. I just want my lighting to be white :( I really should have never installed synapse..
