Is it possible to get a replacement headset because of cracked plastic? | Razer Insider

I have bought my Razer Nari Ultimate wireless about a year and a bit ago so it still falls within warranty. But today i have noticed the plasic is cracked on both sides where the earcups swivel and connetc to the headband. I noticed this after a piece actually fell off, then i saw the other side being cracked as well. I have never thrown or abused my headset, it has only seen normal use.
So my question is as the title suggests, is it possible to get a replacement or do i have to buy a completely new one? As i would like to keep using a Razer Nari Ulitmate wireless.

Im having the same issue with the plastic that holds the head  mount and speaker swivels on cracking and bout to break. Never abused them always hang them up when done using them. best headset on the market.

Any update on this? My broke while I was sitting there on my stream...
