Is it possible to get Razer Surround Sound for a headset I bought from a friend?

I bought a pair of Kraken X's from a friend about two months ago. When I bought it from him, he didn't have the box anymore as he hadn't used the headset in a while. Is it possible to get a code for the surround sound for this headset?

    I can't guarantee if you can still get a new one since lost, stolen, damaged, thrown out Activation codes are not covered by the product's Limited Warranty. But allow me to check on it.
