I was dual booting my system. It ran great for 2+ years. I believe my linux partition asked, and i let it, update the firmware.
Also, I tried to dock the computer in a lenovo usb-c monitor that does not deliver enough power.
Now, it is constantly thermally throttled under 400mhz, in both windows and linux, and even in the bios.
I did a thing where I drained the power and left it unplugged overnight. When I started it up, it was fast for a short period of time before throttling down again.
Any help is appreciated.
