When i go into the drivers and test the sound on the headphones only the "L" speaker is working in the 7.1 surround sound layout. why is this and do i need to return them?

    I am leaning towards this being a calibration issue. Do you get any audio output from the right side when on stereo mode?

    i cant register my kraken x bought from Lazada. Item came perfect but has chinese writing and english to the box. it says wrong serial number
