Is razer strategically not letting me do a return?


Hi there,

 

I’ve been trying to return my order. Razer prompts me to provide an order # and an email address which I try over and over again but the only thing that pops up is “We don’t seem to recognize the order number and email. Please double check or contact us”. Which is flat out ridiculous because everything is correct. What is going on here?
