Has anyone else dealt with Razer’s Tech Support via email? I’m almost convinced that it’s nothing more than a low grade AI chat bot. I’ve had to constantly explain over and over the issues, to about 6 or 7 personal, and each one would regurgitate the same bogus tech troubleshooting guide to no avail. No matter how many times I would attach the images & video files to my email, the tech support personal could not fathom the problem(s) being demonstrated. I finally had to demand an RMA for the faulty Basilisk V3, because the AI wasn’t intelligent enough to understand that you cannot troubleshoot a faulty product… As if the option to replace the peripheral just does not compute.
I’ve also dealt with other top brand manufacturers, and never have I encountered such horrendous email communication issues.
