Hello. I recently bought a headset that lasted me only few months so I decided to reach out to razer about it. Everything was great with custommer support and all that but now its stretching time to where the status after week and a half aint changing. Its still being procesed. Where I was told its gonna take 3 days. I would not be upset but I also had to cut cords which made my broken headset completely unusable. so my question is how long does it take to proccess?? at least give an asnwer or dont say its taking 3 days when nothing is moving forward.
