I sent my Razer Book back for another replacement (this is a brand new replacement unit but also have BSOD problem) and it's been a month since i opened my ticket. The agents answering my ticket seems not to be reading the history and kept on asking the same things. The HK warehouse sent back a new replacement laptop to the SG support warehouse to do further burn in testing before they pass back the laptop to me. That's a week ago already but I haven't received an update. I still dont have my laptop!

I cant find any support number I could call. The email support is ridiculously slow and inefficient. They don't read and rush to just close the ticker prematurely.
Allow me to help you out by sending me the ticket number via PM. I can use it to review the case and check what's going with the replacement. Let's continue from there.
