The power supply that’s in my Razer Core X eGPU enclosure puffed the magic smoke this morning.
I only have a Nvidia GeForce GTX 980 plugged into it, so it’s not super taxing.
I smelled a bit of a burning smell when it suddenly died on me this morning and then when I was trying to check it, I plugged the unit back in, turned it on, and then turned on my 8th gen Intel NUC and heard a pop and then started seeing the smoke.
Is there a way to replace the power supply in the Razer Core X eGPU enclosure?
