From googling it seems that the basilik’s over/under scrolling issues are pretty widespread, and as of yet I haven’t seen anything from razer regarding any fix or support for it - I’d even be happy to pay for a replacement part.

Is there any way to contact razer support, when I tried to go through their support I was pretty much told to get lost because it was no longer under offical warranty. It’s a real shame because the rest of the mouse and its features are great, but it becomes next to impossible to use in some games due to this.

I spent over £100 on this mouse only for it to last less time than one of those cheap throwaway mice. Again I’d be happy to pay for a replacement part but you don’t even offer that!

If any one has any suggestions for a mouse that will actually last a decent time please let me know.
