I recently put in an order for a laptop costing close to $4k. I received a phone call wanting to verify my information and because I didn't answer the phone there is no way to reach back out to the support team. I received an email from Rose, but when you reply to the email you get no information. When you try to seek chat there is a 1-hour wait, and have been on hold now for over 30 minutes.
Can anyone verify if this is the support that Razer provides its customers? Is this considered normal for this company?
Thanks for any information as I have a concern of buying a high-end laptop if the company is not able to provide support when needed.

their support seems to be really hit and miss - i have been waiting over a week now for a reply, after sending several follow up mails.
