Is the serial legit i can't find it.

Might be a counterfeit item, my serial came back invalid too, when i tried to enter it in several places. i double and triple checked copied and pasted from a transcript with razer support.

i bought it from this seller on amazon:

avoid this seller all costs. im lucky i paid for 4 year extended coverage
