I faced this problem, knowing that I did all the steps required of me to obtain the 7.1 activation code, but I did not get anything except this image. Please solve my problem.

May I ask where you bought the device? Please PM me the device serial number and proof of purchase so I can verify if the reseller is authorized by Razer. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. I hope to hear from you soon.
