Issue ordering Razer Kishi Ultra


I’m currently trying to order a Razer Kishi Ultra because of the Honkai Impact 3rd collaboration, however everytime I try to go through the checkout process it either infinitely loads the address page or infinitely loads the shipping/delivery method page and I cannot proceed past these screens.

Refreshing and then proceeding, I can get to the payment screen but once I choose a payment option, it says an error occured and takes me back to my cart.

I’ve been trying to order this since I received the email of the launch of the collab items on 29th August 16:48pm GMT, but I just cannot order it at all and it’s really frustrating. This is my first time trying to order something from Razer.

Unfortunately not, I’ve submitted a ticket earlier this morning about it but even trying other different browsers hasn’t worked and my brother tried with his account and he couldn’t get any luck either.

Hoping to hear back from Razer Support soon with any luck

It is now out of stock so can no longer even order it now, was removed from my cart when I went in just a few moments ago. I've seen people say it was region locked and only ships to the US, don't know if 100% true but if that's the case, would explain not being able to order it. This has been an absolute terrible experience and extremely disappointing. Trying to order the Kishi Ultra since Razer notified me and couldn't order properly, now it's out of stock? Absolute joke.


Dang, that’s real disappointing. So far UK and FR list is as out of stock, but it’s still available to order on the US store, and I was even able to get to the shipping page too lol. Wish they handled this promo properly.

It seems to be in stock again from the UK site but the issues still stands of the ordering process just not working at all. Still if it really is region locked for this collaboration, it sucks


Managed to contact live chat and they said they’ll forward the issue to their team as priority. Hope that does something at least.


Hope they resolve it soon, really want to get this just for the collab items :(


Indeed, i’ll keep checking the page hoping they did something… for now, the ordering process it’s still not working (at least in Italy)

Seems like the Kishi Ultra skin for the controller itself has been removed entirely now, really wanted that too :/

Honestly with the issues regarding being able to order it at all and now the fact they removed the Mobius controller skin entirely, I don’t think I’ll be buying it at all at this rate, this was just so terribly handled and I’m more or less not interested in it anymore.

If this whole thing was definitely USA exclusive, would’ve been nice to know so I wasn’t disappointed for the last few days, I’ve not seen a collaboration handled and communicated this poorly for years.

this was really poorly communicated, we still know nothing about it if it was USA exclusive or not.
the skin for the controller was the only thing that differentiates it from the other 2 Kishi.
i still want to buy it (try to) since i really like Mobius and i don’t want to lose it… it makes me so mad how it was so terribly handled, it was announced JUL 19 as “pre-order”, never been able to see that pre-order button,  they had an entire month and more to fix it… nothing happened, nothing was said.
i really, really wanted this :c


Does anyone know if the sold out Mobius skin will ever be available again? I hope the [SOLD OUT] status isn't the final nail in the coffin in this case.

wish i can help you, but sadly i, maybe i can say we, know nothing yet.
the [SOLD OUT] is still there and the ordering process doesn’t work.

i’m still trying to check the page everyday, still hoping that they will fix the ordering problem and remove the Sold Out :C           


Radio silence. I tried to contact customer service but to get to a live person through these bots you have to provide the serial number of the product (I wonder how they expect me to do that since I haven't ordered anything yet and that's exactly what I want to ask)

It's strange in my opinion that only the Mobius skin sold out so quickly and the rest of the items from the set are still standing. If I understand correctly, you can't buy these items separately without buying the Razer Kishi. So how on earth did just the skin sell out?
