Issue: Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Not Working

I have the Hammerhead True Wireless earbuds [Model: RZ12-02970]

 

I only used them a few times before I thought that I had lost them. Well, I found them yesterday, put them on the charger overnight and ensured the light on the case was green. 
 

After opening the case, taking them out, pressing the function on them, I hear no sound. No pairing, nothing. My Razer app won’t detect them and neither will Bluetooth. 
 

I do not know if they were paired to my old computer or my old phone but I cannot get them to pair to my current equipment. They don’t seem to want to power on. 
 

Any fixes?

Have you tried forgetting the Razer Hammerhead TW to your previous Bluetooth devices? Also, what’s your current equipment? Let me know via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
