I've recently purchased a Razer DeathAdder Elite mouse, which I have tried to register on my account.



I have tried different combinations for the serial number, just in case I mistook letters for numbers and vice versa, but I'm still experiencing an issue.



I'm unsure of a way to resolve this or if anyone has had a similar issue recently?
