Issue to enable Razer Synapse Skill on Alexa App

Dear Razer Community, Anyone else having issues to enable the Razer Synapse Skill on Alexa App? I have tried everything, contacted razer support, contacted Amazon support and it seems that no one has a solution. I've installed the Alexa module on Razer Synapse 3 and when I give commands to Alexa from Razer Synapse 3 it's working for example "Alexa turn on the lights" (lights meaning other devices I have connected to Alexa) it works. Any command related to razer devices example "Ask Razer to open web browser" it's like Alexa doesn't know what I'm talking about. Is this available worldwide? Because a representative from Amazon said that it's probably due to my location being Malta. I've followed the instructions in the guide above and proof that it's working is that when I give commands to Alexa from Razer Synapse 3 it's working for example "Alexa turn on the lights" (lights meaning other devices I have connected to Alexa) it works. I've also done a clean installation of Razer Synapse 3 as instructed by Razer support. Can anyone please give any guidance on what I can do to solve this? Regards, Spanjol
