Issue with gear
Hi, i have full razer gear (headphones, mice, keyboard) and i have a problem. My gear keeps randomly disconnecting and i have to unplug it and plug it back in, the issue doesnt occur with non razer gear (at night i use membrane 10$ keyboard to not wake up anyone in my house, and this keyboard never disconnected). Im using Razer Synapse 2 because for some reason Synapse 3 doesnt work for me, it turns on but it never displays a window. When i rightclick it on taskbar, few options are shown but after i click them nothing happens. I reinstalled Synapse few times, i even formatted my pc still nothing. This whole situation began in April when i bought Razer Electra V2, i thought its headset issue so i planned on sending it back but the same day my mice disconnected too.

Are you on a laptop? I had a similar issue when I tried to run off of a laptop. Switched over to a tower and everything is fine now.

I saw someone describing a similar issue with a recent Synapse update. Keep updating Synapse and hope that they fix this bug.

Questions:
1-Format PC, means? clean windows installation? or reset settings?
2-Did you ever try external USB hub yet?
3-Did you do any modifications/Mod to your BIOS? (is yes just restore default BIOS)
4-Front pc USB port or rare or all faulty?
Check these by priority.
0-Go to device manager and uninstall " Razer Electra V2" drivers first.
*1-Disable / Enable the USB controllers, from device manager.
*2-Disable the Selective Suspend feature
3-Make sure "Power management" is off for "USB Root Hub" [ check attachment ]
4-Check your motherboard's BIOS, if update available.

EXTRA: you may use: "Nirsoft USBDeview" to mark all USB devices and uninstall them first.

*1:
To disable and re-enable the USB controllers, follow these steps:
- Click Start, and then click Run.
- Type devmgmt.msc, and then click OK. Device Manager opens.
- Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers.
Note You might have to scroll down the list to find this item.
- Right-click the first USB controller under Universal Serial Bus controllers, and then click Uninstall to remove it.
- Repeat step 4 for each USB controller that is listed under Universal Serial Bus controllers.
- Restart the computer. After the computer starts, Windows will automatically scan for hardware changes and reinstall all the USB controllers that you uninstalled.

*2 (on your own risk of registry malfunction)
