Issue with mamba elite/razer synapse 3

Hi all, Kinda at my wits end trying to fix this and didn't know wherelse to turn. After about an hour of using my pc my mouse goes bad. This is connected with synapse 3 and only occurs when this is installed. Basically it lags the whole system until I restart, unplug and plug back in mouse or uninstall synapse 3. Task manager shows system interrupts using CPU % when the lagging is occurring. But only about 5% usage. Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks Michael
