Issue with Raser Tartarus Pro V2 swiching between profiles

Hi, have an issue, I have created 2 profiles, both with different hotkeys. For example I am forking with profile 1 and switching to profile 2 with button and try to execute different command and it still executes previous profile command. For example: profile No.1 - key No.1 must type letter A profile No.2 - key No.1 must type letter B if PC starts and Raser Synapse software loads with profile No.1 it types letter A and when I change to profile No.2 it still types letter A. When I unplug Raser USB from pc and plug in again it starts to type letter B but when I go back to profile No.1 it still types letter B. if PC starts and Raser Synapse loads with profile No.2 it types letter B and when I change to profile No.1 its still types letter B.
