Issue with RAZER Kiyo

Hi, I'm trying to start from scratch with all my settings but when I go into Synapse 3 and then the Kiyo I get a notification saying "The current settings on your camera is different from Razer Synapse. Which settings would you like to keep?" and then I'm given the option of Camera or Synapse. If I pick Synapse nothing happens. I have tried going into settings and resetting the Kiyo but nothing changes. I have updated the firmware also and no change. I just want to reset it to default so I can start from scratch and also make a setup video.

    Hi there! Have you tried reinstalling Synapse? If you haven't yet, please do and let me know how it goes.
