Issue with Razer PWM Controller and ARGB Controller | Razer Insider

Six months ago, I purchased the Razer PWM Controller and ARGB Controller. They used to work just fine until I started to realize that sometimes when I booted my PC, one or many of the fans would spin at different speeds. This was perceptible because I can monitor my GPU's temperature with my water cooler. Usually, the temperature would be higher since the fans weren't working properly. Additionally, I noticed that the RGB lights from the fans weren't lighting up anymore. So, I decided to check Razer's app (Synapse), and I read the following: "DC CONNECTION REQUIRED. Both micro-USB and DC connections are required for the device to function."

To try to solve the problem, I decided to unplug all the cables associated with the ARGB from the fan and its respective controllers, and plug them all in again. It would work temporarily, but not for the ARGB, which means I still don't have light on my fans anymore. As I said before, unplugging and plugging just works temporarily, and it's pretty boring having to open the PC case to unplug everything just to plug it in again. Not to mention that sometimes I have to unplug and plug multiple times until the fans actually start to work again and be recognized on Razer's PWM Controller. I have 6 fans daisy-chained, 3 on the top and 3 on the bottom. They are all connected to my NZXT USB Hub for the motherboard. I don't think the problem is the hub since Razer's software recognizes the controller, but its controller doesn't recognize the fans properly. No matter how many times I plug and unplug the ARGB controller from my hub, the lights still aren't working, and the fans are constantly having issues.
