Issue with Razor Chroma not detecting genshin impact

Hello. I just got a Gaming PC about a month ago and have been playing tons of games that I haven't been able to play well beforehand. All the apps and games that have worked with Razor Chroma that are supposed to work have worked so far. The biggest issue I have run into is genshin impact. For some reason, it did not auto-detect the app so I don't know how to add it. The things I have looked at say to make sure that chroma is installed and that the device is working properly. Chroma is installed and my keyboard is working properly as it's currently working with the wallpaper engine. Does anyone have any simple solution? Reminder I'm not that good with PC stuff yet.
