Issue with Synapse 2.0 (1.85.2) on macOS Mojave (10.14.5)

Hi, I'm having an issue with my Blackwidow Chroma V2 and Naga Hex V2 on my mac - Synapse just says “Please connect a Razer Synapse enabled device” until I disconnect and reconnect them (every time I log in / reboot). Once they're picked up by Synapse they both work fine though. So far I've tried a a couple of solutions from this forum with no luck, including: 1. Granting accessibility and full disk access to Synapse, RzUpdate and RzDeviceEngine. 2. Uninstalling / reinstalling synapse. Is there anything else I can try?

You'll want to clean install both the device drivers and the app. Should you need further assistance, feel free to send me a PM.

I am also facing the same issue in Mac OS Mojave. I have Huntsman ELite. I tried clean install and uninstalling synapse v 1.85 for MAc many times. But didnt work

Welcome to Razer Insider, @AcidGreenbustechno529 . The Razer Hunstman Elite is not compatible with Synapse 2 for Mac, according to this list, last updated 16 May 2019. It will still function as a keyboard, but you won't get be able to configure your keyboard on Mac OS Mojave (or any Mac OS) at this time, in the way you would if you used it with a Windows computer running the Synapse 3 Beta.
