Issue with Synapse 3 and Overwatch lag *RESOLVED*

so, since i got a Naga trinity i have been getting unplayable Overwatch lag. been doing everything i could find to fix the situation. i happened to come across a blizzard forum post where someone said that they uninstalled synapse 3 and the issue went away. so i figured...well thats silly, but ill try it. uninstalling synapse 3 completely alleviated the issue and after reinstalling synapse 3 the issue has not come back. clearly, this isnt a request for help, but hopefully Razer can take note of this and either patch a fix into the program or at least spread the knowledge of the fix.

Can you give us more information regarding the Overwatch Lag? Is Synapse taking up too much of your RAM or maybe even an unusually high CPU usage?

there was absolutely nothing unusual at all. no abnormal CPU usage or RAM usage. on the surface there is absolutely nothing to suggest that synapse was the culprit, i just happened to stumble across a blizzard thread about overwatch lag and someone discovered the fix i stated above. i figured i would try it and sure enough, it worked. slight update to the original post, the issue came back again, but a simple uninstall and reinstall solved it again.

Good job for isolating the issue. Since you got it to work again, can you send me your Synapse logs as soon as it reoccurs instead of immediately reinstalling?
