Hello, I just bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X to a reseller because there is no official Razer brand in my country but there is no 7.1 code inside the box but only the card below (as you can see thre is no code) and also when i come to register the product it tells me that it is already registered and finally, the headset is not detected on Synapse 3.
Do you think i am facing a copy ?

+1So it’ll be not visible in Synapse.
It could be a fake… or just someone stole serial number (for eg. from the box if it wasn’t opened).

To be honest, at the moment i just wanna make sure i have an original product but i dont know how i can confirm it bcs as you said someone may have just token it from the outside of the box. Do you know how to make sure it is not a fake one ?
