Synapse can not detect my device, I have already followed the support video of this and checked updates, reinstalled synapse & checked the USB port but can still not get it to connect.
The headphones are working, but not with synapse.
In my devices underneath Razer kraken kitty Edition it also states “driver error”.
Does anyone know what the issue might be?
Issue with syncing headset to synapse, driver error?
