I encountered a connection issue with the USB Transceiver for Razer Kaira. I no longer receive any connection with the USB Type-C on either my PlayStation or my PC, whether using the adapter or directly with the USB Type-C port.

I tried to find my email for the 2-year warranty, but I can't find any proof of purchase or specific date to claim the warranty.

So, I looked into buying a new Transceiver for Razer Kaira on the Razer website, but I only found one compatible with the Razer Barracuda X (2022), Razer Barracuda, and Razer Barracuda Pro. Is it still possible to connect it with my Kaira 1 or not?

If you have any other solutions besides buying a new headset, I am open to all suggestions. Thank you.
