Issue with Tilt Mechanism on Razer Iskur X (v1) Chair

Hello Razer support, i was using Razer Iskur X (ver 1) for about 2+ years and everything was great but recently my tilt mechanism of the chair seems to be broken, i have exact same issue as in the following topic https://insider.razer.com/razer-support-45/issue-with-tilt-mechanism-on-razer-iskur-chair-72040, i was trying to fix it by myself, but just scared of doing smth with mechanism itself, so maybe you can help me to order a new mechanism or maybe advice smth else, thank you very much in advance
