Issue with Xbox controller and Tartarus Pro

Hi y'all, So before I installed my Tartarus Pro (TP) my controller worked fine when I plugged it in to play on my pc. However, I've been playing with the TP for a while and wanted to try my controller again, but now, my PC will only recognize the controller if the TP is plugged in as well, however, it won't let me choose the controller over the TP. Further, if I unplug the TP and just plug my controller in, nothing happens as it seems my pc doesn't even recognize it. I'm thinking this may have something to do with the TP drivers causing windows to not recognize the controller drivers but I'm at a loss at this point. I don't want to uninstall synapse and my TP drivers because then I'd have to redo all of my programmed buttons. Any ideas? Thank you!
