Issues getting warranty coverage on Mamba Hyperflux mouse/mousepad

My mouse has stopped charging except on a small portion of the mousepad (this mousepad wirelessly charges a capacitor in the mouse as it sits on the mat). I have tried filing a support ticket but it says that it is outside the warranty. However, I have a two year warranty on it and it has not been two years. I tried calling, but using the number 888 697 2037 but the automated system says that there is no one available to take my call and hangs up on me. So I am pretty frustrated. I buy a $250 mouse but I can't get warranty coverage on it when it shits out after less than a year? How am I supposed to get this taken care of? If anyone has any ideas, or if razor support sees this, please let me know.
