Issues to pair Hammerhead wireless

Hi everyone. I just bought yesterday  a brand new pair of Razer Hammerhead Earbuds but I have huge troubleshooting problems. In a few words I CAN’T PAIR THEM at all either on my phone or on my Pc. I have  followed all  instructions and watched all the tutorial available on Youtube, everything seems to be hopples 

If anyone had this issue and managed to find a solution I would really appreciate if you could share it here.

    Are you referring to this video? What about pairing it with a different phone? If that still didn’t work then you can send me a PM along with its serial number so we can check our resources for a possible fix.
