Hi. I recently bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X (USB type A version). It functions correctly, however when I have the 7.1 surround sound enabled, the audio is randomly crackly. This is very annoying as I have to turn this feature of in order to enjoy my experience while using them.
I have tried going through synapse to disable THX audio (my headset is incompatible so I can’t change anything on the app), changed USB ports, checked for dirt, etc. Nothing has fixed the issue though.
Has anybody experienced and resolved the same issue?

Hello there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also update your headset’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
