These headphones have been a nightmare. Got them in late January 2024 and didn’t get to use them a whole lot (just for single player games). Audio was great, app was cool, and easy to set up. It wasn’t until I started playing with friends did I realize how bad the mic is though. 1. I needed to look up and change every equalizer until my friends didn’t hate the audio. I understand there can be a learning curve to this stuff, but I don’t want a phd in sound engineering just so my mic doesn’t sound like I’m talking through a can with a string coming out of it. 2. If you tap the microphone ever so lightly (I mean even breath on it to hard) the mic cuts out and I have to move around the mic until it starts working again. I spend more time trying to get this mic to work than playing most of the time. Let it be known my $20 headset from 2017 works without fail. I plug that thing in and it just works. Simple as that. I don’t have to keep my head as still as a statue and worry that my friends are going to hear nails on a chalkboard every time I talk.

NOW there’s a different problem… there’s just no audio… I’ve charged them, used the wireless adapter, used the aux cord, tried them on the PS5, on the PC, mic in, mic out… nothing. I’ve recently updated them, but now I can’t even see them on synapse, but my pc is recognizing they are connected...

I was so excited to spend a little extra money and finally upgrade from my 2017 wired headphones (I know I still bought older headphones) but this is annoying at this point. Wish I never bought them, wish I could return them, but I can’t. Now I just want them to work. Sorry for the rant - can someone just help make the headphones work?
