Issues with keyboard

I am having issues with with my keyboard not letting me use the spacebar randomly and the shift key is not working all the time I have  to push it and wait a couple  of seconds before it will register that I am pushing it. I have taken it apart and cleaned everything but it still does not work. I do not have a receipt for it because i won it at work in December of 2024

    Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also reinstall its drivers by following the steps below:

     

    1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
    2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
    3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".
    4. Right-click on the Razer keyboard and select Uninstall device.
    5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.

    The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
