Issues with Mamba Wireless mouse

Not sure if anyone would be able to help or if I just to bite the bullet and buy a new mouse but my mamba wireless mouse recently stopped wirelessly connecting to my PC. Was searching up ways to fix this and went to update the firmware to 1.12. Dongle updated no problem, connected the mouse to my PC using the cord and pressed update sat there for a while and never got confirmation that the update completed just got stuck like this. 

 

Mouse has completely shut down no response or lighting when plugged in or wireless after firmware update and the mouse was fully charged before the update. Has anyone experienced this before or have a solution? Thanks!

Yeah seems like the mouse is dead to me bud and it definitely sounds like now is the time to move on from the Mamba to something better.

You could go with the Cobra Pro or Viper V2 Pro. The Cobra Pro and Viper V2 Pro have the 30K Focus Pro Sensor which is lightyears better than the Mamba ones along with Optical Mouse Switches and more (both of these mice are lighter than the Mambas ever were as well).

The Cobra Pro has 3 connection types, that being USB-C Wired (the USB port in the mouse is the USB-C part), 2.4GHz HyperSpeed Wireless and Bluetooth Wireless, AND it has all the RGB flair too. Viper V2 Pro is USB 2.4GHz Wireless Only along with the USB-C Wired connection.

The Cobra Pro is also compatible with the Mouse Dock Pro which is a neat thing if you decide to get one. 

I will give you a fair warning that the Cobra Pro may not be suitable for larger hands tho as its size is a medium to small sized mouse compared to what the Mamba shape is that you’re used to (if this is the case, then go with the Viper V2 Pro for larger hands).

Razer discontinued the Mamba Mice lineup for a few good reasons about 2-3yrs ago because they were notorious for having issues with the sensors n whatnot and Razer just didn’t wanna really deal with it no more.
