Issues with new BlackWidow V3 Pro

I got a new BlackWidow V3 Pro wireless (yellow switches) just yesterday, but in the short time I’ve used it, I found that it would disconnect for a few seconds every now and then. I used the 2.4 GHz mode. I tested a different Bluetooth keyboard and had no issues, so I’m led to believe the issue lies within the keyboard. Hoping to have my question answered!

Do you get the same results on both wired and wireless modes while Razer Synapse running in the background? Please send me the serial number of your Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro via PM so I can look into firmware-related solutions. Let's continue from there. I'll be locking this thread now.
