Hoping I can get some help here. I was tried a new game yesterday, installed, opened it, and the character constantly ran left. Figured it was a buggy issue as it was an old game. Then today I tried another new game on steam, installed, went to the options menu, and I couldn't remap anything because as soon as I clicked on a box it put in "Axis 1 + -".

Checked to see if I had a controller plugged in. Nope. Checked to see if i had vjoy installed, per a thread online. Nope.

Brought up a page that displays input ( https://html5gamepad.com/ ) to see it say I have a "1532-207-Unkown Gamepad" with a constant AXIS 9 input of 1.28571. As soon as I unplug the Orbweaver Chroma, that controller disappears. This is confusing to me as I was under the impression that even the D pad is button, not axis, based. Regardless, the page doesn't see any input from manipulating the D pad.

Drivers are up to date.

Help would be appreciated, since this is preventing me from mapping stuff in game. Thanks.
