Issues with the Barracuda X microphone | Razer Insider

Several days ago, I bought a Barracuda X headset, and yesterday the microphone stopped working, and the headphones keep connecting and disconnecting intermittently. Does anyone know if there's a solution?

I'm testing them on a PC, and I think Windows isn't picking up the microphone. I did a test on Discord to see if it was picking up anything, and sometimes it was really faint, while other times it said there's no microphone connected.
